Munich Innovation Ecosystem GmbH - founded by Start2 Group GmbH, Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship gGmbH, and UnternehmerTUM GmbH - acts as an ecosystem builder and strategic driver in Munich’s dynamic innovation landscape. Our mission is to connect startups, established companies, and international investors to position Munich as a global hotspot for groundbreaking ideas. 

If you have a passion for marketing, want to experience firsthand how high-profile events come to life, and be at the forefront of AI-driven innovation, then this internship is the perfect stepping stone for your career!

There are exciting tasks waiting for you:

• Join our marketing and events team and collaborate on exciting projects.

• Help strengthen the MUNICH INNOVATION ECOSYSTEM brand, with a special focus on AI startups.

• Create and post engaging social media content (including awesome visuals).

• Keep our websites fresh and up to date.

• Contribute to planning and running standout events - from start to finish.

• Manage our event calendar, handle room bookings, and take meeting notes.

• Take on smaller projects (from photo shoots to company events) to show off your creativity.

• Own your own projects.

• Live and shape our awesome culture.

What you bring to the team…

• You’re studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s (ideally in marketing, events, comms, project management, or innovation).

• You’ve got some marketing/comms chops and a flair for creative writing.

• You know Microsoft 365, plus bonus points for Figma and Webflow.

• You’re LinkedIn-savvy (and ideally have your own profile).

• You’re comfortable with AI tools like Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Gemini.

• You’re a visionary, always keen on new tech and innovations.

• You’re a reliable, precise team player who takes responsibility.

• You’re fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
